Is Charged With The Obligation To Pay A Fine Based On § Penalty For Delay: Due To A Delay Due To The Lack Of Permits Or For Any Other Reason, The Winning Bidder Is Liable To Pay A Penalty. The Amount Of The Penalty: 30% Of The Net Value Of The Individual Order In The Event Of A Delay Of More Than 24 Hours Beyond The Delivery Deadline Agreed By The Forwarder. In Case Of Cancellation On The Part Of The Customer Citing Reasons Other Than Force Majeure Or Failure Of The Ordered Task Due To Reasons Other Than Force Majeure At The Initiative Of The Accounts Payable, The Following Cancellation Fee Shall Be Paid As A Percentage Of The Freight Fee Included In The Given Offer: • 100% Within 48 Hours Prior To The Planned Departure; • 75% More Than 48 Hours But Less Than 72 Hours Before The Scheduled Departure; • 50% More Than 72 Hours But Less Than 14 Days Before The Scheduled Departure; • 25% More Than 14 Days But Less Than 30 Days Before The Planned Departure; • 0% After Confirmation Of The Order, But More Than 30 Days Before The Planned Departure. If The Carrier Specifies Different Cancellation Conditions For The Given Price As The Conditions Of The Airline Carrying Out The Delivery In Its Price Offer And The Customer Accepts Them, Then The Above Cancellation Conditions May Be Deviated From. If, Based On The Customer's Request, The Execution Of The Delivery Is Modified Up To The 14th Day Before The Execution (Max. 14 Days Later Than The Original Date), This Does Not Count As A Cancellation. If A Cost Was Incurred In Connection With The Original Date, Verified With A Receipt, It Will Be Paid After Consultation With The Accounts Payable.
