Belgium-Ohey: Other Community, Social And Personal Services./ Ii.1.1) : Operation Of A Nursing Home Reference Number: Ohey-2023-Mr-Ajg-F24_0./ The Municipality Of Ohey Has Noted The Aging Of Its Population And A Need – Not Met – For Reception Facilities For The Elderly On Its Territory. It Therefore Wishes To Ensure The Existence Of Such An Initiative, To Determine Certain Outlines Such As To Guarantee The Accessibility Of Beds, While Benefiting From The Expertise Of A Partner In This Field. With This In Mind, The Municipality Of Ohey Prepared A Request For An Agreement In Principle And Sent It To The Aviq. In Accordance With The Applicable Legislation, This Request Is d On A Project Which Contains A Life Project And A Plan For Setting Up The Project. The Aviq Has Given Its Agreement In Principle And 100 Beds And 5 Short-Stay Beds Have Been Reserved For This Project Under These Conditions. The Commune Wishes To Designate A Partner (In The Voluntary Sector) With A View To Assigning Him The Life Project Drawn Up By Him And Consequently, Allowing Him To Operate The Nursing Home (Which He Will Have Built) In Accordance With This Project Of Life. The Purpose Of This Contract Is Therefore More Specifically The Concession Of Social Services, Including With A View To Providing These Services: • Funding • Obtaining The Permit • The Construction Of The Nursing Home, Including The Exterior Fittings Including The Internal Road System, Car Parks And Gardens. • Operation Of These Infrastructures.
