The ive of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to form / establish a panel of qualified training programme providers, from which providers may be selected to participate in a mini-competition for contract award for the design, development/customisation, accreditation, delivery of training programmes to the Construction Professionals Skillnet and its member companies, once specific needs arise.
