South Gloucestershire Council Wishes To Establish A Multi-Supplier Dynamic Purchasing System (Dps) For The Provision Of Training Providers To Support The Council In The Delivery Of Quality Apprenticeship Programmes That Secure Best Value And Operate Within The Apprenticeship Funding And Contract Rules. Suppliers Will Be Members On The Register Of Apprenticeship Training Providers (Roatp) And Will Be Expected To Follow Current Education And Skills Funding Agency Funding Rules, Guidance And Specifications Around The Training And Assessment Of Apprentices
