The Contractor/Contractor Has The Obligation To Correlate The Works With The Contractor/Contractor On Lot 2: FiliaȘi ( Cap Y ) – Igiroasa ( Cap Y ), Km 286+735 – Km 331+000, As Well As On Lot 4: Drobeta Turnu Severin ( Cap X ) - Baile Herculane ( Cap X ) Km 362+632 - Km 404+250, Having A Total Length Of 41.618 Km In Order To Ensure The Continuity Of The Railway Section Craiova - Caransebeș With Regard To All Interoperability Systems. Suspensive Clause: The Award Procedure Is Carried Out Under The Present Suspensive Clause, In The Sense That The Signing Of The Contract For The Design And Execution Of Works Will Be Done Only After Securing The Funding Source. It Is Estimated That The Period During Which The Suspensive Clause Applies Is 12 Months From The Approval Of The Procedure Report.
