Cork City Council seeks to commission a multi-disciplinary team to undertake a needs assessment and capital project definition in respect of arts and cultural infrastructure in Cork City. The project should consider all areas within the city administrative area. 

For the purpose of the needs assessment Cork City Council is particularly interested in identifying deficits in provision of: 

• facilities and infrastructure to support creation of artistic outputs and processes by artists and other operators in the Creative and Cultural Industries; and 
• facilities for public access to arts and cultural experience; and 
• to identify potential solutions and models for the delivery of new infrastructure.
