The Contracting Authority, (the Housing and Sustainable Communities Agency (Housing Agency)) wishes to establish a work of suitable qualified competent Surveyors, Architects or Engineers to provide a measurement survey of dwellings. The work will last for a period of 2 years (work Period), which, at the sole discretion of the Housing Agency, may be extended by a further 2 years (maximum 4 years total). The work will consist of a maximum of 8 (eight) participants. If, during the work Period the Contracting Authority requires Measurement Survey Services, the Contracting Authority may procure the work by awarding contracts (Services Contracts) in accordance with the rules of the work Agreement. The Contracting Authority may also procure the work in other ways, and does not guarantee that any work will be procured under this agreement.
