Maynooth University, wishes to establish the marketplace for suitably qualified suppliers to provide monitoring processes and systems to support achieving 100% Open Access for publications, one of the principles of the National Action Plan for Open Research 2023-2030. We wish to commission pilot dashboards from multiple vendors to evaluate the value of current OA monitoring solutions and their applicability to the Irish national landscape. Vendors will also be required to supply reports providing an initial, line analysis of the state of OA in Ireland.  Maynooth University is particularly interested in hearing from suppliers who have provided similar national services supporting to Higher Education and funding sectors, or equivalent.
