It is the intention of the HSE to run a public procurement process, in the future, for a National Ophthalmology Clinical Management System, which can manage patient administration, clinical management and imaging for ophthalmology services delivered to pediatric and adult patients in acute and community settings nationwide. 
The purpose of this market engagement is to gather information that will help inform the potential scope of that procurement.
