denmark-sorø: construction work./ ambulance stations region zealand, company b, units for personal accommodation, total contract./ this tender is a subset of a task with the establishment of 7 with an option for a further 1 new ambulance stations incl. fortified and unfortified outdoor areas for region zealand. each station generally consists of three sub-sections respectively. garage, living room and rest room. garages approx. 1,800 m2 gross is offered in another contract. building ripening, civil works, paving, landscaping, moving supplies are offered in another contract. this tender includes planning, coordination with the client and other contractors, execution and commissioning of units for personal accommodation for 7 with the option of a further 1 ambulance station, a total of approx. 2,600 m2 gross with an option of approx. 200 m2 gross. the units can be made as prefabricated modules/elements or erected on site. the tender also includes foundations and necessary construction on the ground for the building units as well as connection to garages. the project is carried out as digital construction. specific requirements can be found in ikt-spec., abt18 m add and subtract.
