adult and other education services, the subject of the public procurement is the organization of estonian language a1, a2, b1 and b2 level courses (in estonian) for 160 adults whose native language is not estonian, and the organization of cultural education (in estonian) for 90 adults whose native language is not estonian. the activities specified in the procurement contract concluded as a result of the public procurement must have been performed in the period from february/march 2023 to 29.12.2023 (inclusive).
