slovakia-bratislava: electricity./ electricity supply./ the subject of the contract is the provision of the purchase, delivery and distribution of electricity according to the specific needs of the public contracting authority, as well as complex services associated with safe, stable and complex supply of electricity for individual collection points (hereinafter referred to as om) in the expected quantity specified in appendix no. 3 of the contract and with the start of electricity supply from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023. the expected consumption was determined by the public procurement agency d on the previous consumption of electricity at individual consumption points. the estimated consumption of electricity requires the public contracting authority to exceed or not consume without applying a price surcharge. a detailed definition of the subject of the contract is part b.1 of the tender documents.
