slovenia-celje: it services: consulting, software development, internet and support./ development of an information solution for recording special water use./ the subject of the public procurement is the development of an information solution for recording the special use of water, which will enable the establishment of a system for electronic decision-making on eprv, in accordance with the requirements of the rulebook on eprv (official gazette of the rs, no. 178/20). as part of the task, an information system will be established, which will enable the introduction of an electronic decision-making process on the right to eprv, and a new water book for eprv registration will be established, which will later also serve as an upgrade to the existing water book. the newly established information system will, if necessary, serve as a platform for further modular development of decision-making procedures on drsv (e-water use). the subject of the public contract is defined in more detail in the documentation related to the award of the public contract.
