the isle of wight council (“the authority”) invites tenders from suitably qualified suppliers (“potential suppliers”) for the provision of a community occupational therapy service. this procurement follows the open procedure under the public contract regulations 2015. the authority is commissioning a community occupational therapy service that will provide specialist support for local people to achieve their identified outcomes in line with the care act 2014, the housing and regeneration act 2008 and childrens and families act 2014 principles. the community occupational therapy service will deliver a high-quality outcome-focussed service supporting people to achieve their identified outcomes. the term of the contract shall be 1st august 2023 until 31st july 2026 with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months at the sole discretion of the authority.
