the sendias service provides impartial information, advice and support services (“iass”) on the full range of education, health and social care as defined in the send code of practice (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/send-code-of-practice-0-to-25 ) to the following service users – (a) children and young people aged 0 years to 25 years of age (inclusive) with (or who may have) a special education need and/or a disability (“send”); and (b) their parents, carers and families.
