the purpose of this eoi process is to help identify a party to manage tobogganing at mt buller under a multi-year management contract with the rmb, commencing from the 2022 declared snow season. it does not involve any aspect of tobogganing at mt stirling. the current approach of allowing people to use hired or owned toboggans within the snow play parks at mt buller is increasingly causing issues related to safety, capacity and the visitor experience. the mt buller & mt stirling resort management board wants tobogganing at mt buller to remain an integral part of a snow holiday, while providing a safer and more enjoyable experience than is available today.
