⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : OTSUBO Masato, Director General of Kinki Regional Agricultural Administration Office
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to use in General management office etc of the Kakogawa Widearea Agricultural Irrigation Facilities Estimated contract : 174kW. The estimated electricity : 1,396,000kWh.
⑷ Delivery Period : From 1 April, 2022 through 31 December, 2023
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have the Grade "A, B or C" in terms of the qualification "Sale of product" at Kinki area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ have registered in accordance with article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑤ fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO,
⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order,
⑦ Prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc.
⑧ acquire the elctric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system.
⑺ Time limit for tender : 5 : 15 P.M., 26 January, 2022
