⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Articles 16 and 18 of the Japan Foundation's Rules for the operation of Accounting
② have Grade A, B, or C classification in sales of product in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders (single qualification for every ministry and agency) for fiscal years 2019, 2020, and 2021.
③ not currently be under suspension of nomination by the Japan Foundation
④ be able to reliably fulfill the terms of the contract with the Japan Foundation and who have no record of default, delay or other breach of promise over the past year
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which may be specified in the tender documentation
⑺ Date and time for tender explanation meeting : 3 : 00 P.M. 15 December, 2021
⑻ Time limit of tender : 2 : 00 P.M. 24 January, 2022
