⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Gas to be used in the National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto (City Gas 13A). Estimated gas during the designated period : 300,378㎥
⑷ Delivery period : From April 2, 2022 (after meter reading for March 2022) to the day of meter reading March 2025
⑸ Delivery place : National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participation in the proposed bidding are those who shall :
A not come under Article 5 and 6 of the Regulation Concerning Contracts with the Independent Administrative Institution National Museum of Art,
B have Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualifications during fiscal 2021 in the Kinki area for sales of the product (standardized qualification for all ministries and agencies),
C Be registered as a gas retailer in accordance with Article 3 of the Gas Business Act.
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Independent Administrative Institution National Museum of Art, etc.
