⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Yoshiyuki Kihara Director General of Ningyo-toge Environmental Engineering Center, Sector of Nuclear Fuel, Decommissioning and Waste Management Technology Development, Japan Atomic Energy Agency
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to use in Ningyo-toge Environmental Engineering Center and Itsuki dorm, Japan Atomic Energy Agency 11,236,415kWh
⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting,
③ have Grade A, B, C or D on the "sale of goods" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders related to the governmental agencies (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year,
④ not be currently under suspension of nomination by Director of Contract Department, Japan Atomic Energy Agency
⑤ Obtain registration of electricity retail business in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act
⑥ fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO
⑺ Time limit for tender ; 5 : 00 PM, 15 February 2022
