⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to be used in National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto contract 370kW the estimated electricity for the term 3,564,000kWh
⑷ Delivery period : From 1, April, 2022 through 31, March 2025
⑸ Delivery place : National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 5 and 6 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Independent Administrative Institution National Museum of Art,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Kinki area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C have registered as a retail electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law
D fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing greenhouse gas emissions
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Independent Administrative Institution National Museum of Art, etc.
