⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① have the qualification on "fuel oil, lubricating oil, oils and fats" for participating in tenders by Japan Water Agency (in the fiscal year 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024)
② not correspond to the requirements for disqualification.
