⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

A not come under Article 3 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Miyagi University of Education. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable undercases of special reasons within the said clause,

B have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Tohoku area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,

C prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the Executive Vice-President,

D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Executive Vice-President, Miyagi University of Education.
