A Cleaning service for the buildings on Maidashi Campus of Kyushu University 1 Set
B Cleaning service for ICU and other buildings of the South Ward of Kyushu University Hospital 3rd floor 1 Set
C Cleaning service for the Kyushu University Hospital buildings (except operating rooms and ICU area) 1 Set
D Cleaning service for the lecture buildings and other buildings of Kyushu University Hospital 1 Set
E Cleaning service for the buildings on Ito Campus of Kyushu University (East Zone) 1 Set
F Cleaning service for the buildings on Ito Campus of Kyushu University (Center Zone) 1 Set
G Cleaning service for the buildings on Ito Campus of Kyushu University (West ZoneA) 1 Set

⑷ Fulfillment period :
A~D From 1 April, 2022 through 31 March, 2023
E~H From 1 April, 2022 through 31 March, 2024
⑸ Fulfillment place : The place specified by President of Kyushu University
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 5 and 6 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Kyushu University Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B have the following Grade qualification, for each item in 5⑶ above,
ACE~H have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Kyushu・Okinawa area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by The Corporation of National Universities Kyushu University
BD have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Kyushu・Okinawa area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by The Corporation of National Universities Kyushu University
C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sales service for the procured services,
D meet the qualification requirements which President of Kyushu University may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President of Kyushu University.
