Limerick City and County Council now wishes to appoint a Design Team to provide 33 no. separate feasibility studies for these units. The purpose of the reports is to aid our decision process regarding refurbishment or removal works for the 33 no. units and associated site services and groundworks. A full list of required services are detailed in appendix A. It is the Design Team’s responsibility to provide Structural, Under Ground Services, Civil (Mainlines including branches), Architectural, QS, Asbestos, Site Topographical Survey, Pyrite investigation etc with all costs of same included in their tender figure.
