The Arts Council wishes to procure facilitation and insight consultation services to support the development of our new three-year plan (2023–2025) between February 2022 and October 2022 with internal and external stakeholders. Delivery of the services will take place over four phases. The key output of the contract will be to identify insights and prepare evidence for the Arts Council to support the preparation of the new three-year plan. All services delivered must comply with government public health advice and safety protocols for COVID-19.
