The Housing Agency will require 110 -160 licenses split between Microsoft 365 E5 license or a bundle d on Microsoft 365 E3/Microsoft Business Premium licenses. In the case of the bundle d on Microsoft 365 E3/Microsoft Business Premium licenses the Contracting Authority may require any combination of the bundle elements; i.e. Microsoft E5 Security, Power BI Pro, Phone system and, or Audio Conferencing; or simply the Microsoft 365 E3/Microsoft Business Premium licenses for each individual user

Specifically, the Housing Agency will require:

1. The ive is to use the Microsoft Business Premium license as the primary license. Including but not limited to possible licenses split between Microsoft 365 E5 licenses, or a bundle d on either Microsoft 365 E3/ Microsoft Business Premium licenses. In the case of the bundle d on Microsoft 365 E3/ Microsoft Business Premium licenses the Housing Agency may require any combination of the bundle elements; i.e. Microsoft E5 Security, Power BI Pro, Phone system add-on and, or Audio Conferencing; or simply the Microsoft 365 E3/Microsoft Business Premium licenses for each individual user. Minimum 110 users, ranging up to 160 users. 

2. A range of additional licenses for some or all of the users including, M365 Domestic Calling plan, Visio, Project, Exchange Online (Plan 2).
