Teeling Whiskey Distillery currently uses a number of separate systems: WooCommerce for online retail sales, Meridian for onsite till/bookings, Digitickets for online ticket bookings and Mailchimp as their bulk email solution. Current systems being used do not provide the integrated solution that they require and ideally Teeling Whiskey Distillery are ideally looking for a single system that fulfils all of their requirements to handle entry, ticketing, merchandise, group bookings (including tour operators) across both online and offline channels and that will remove the many manual processes that they have, capture more data, automate more processes and improve the online customer journey.
