The SHED Distillery, is looking to have a common CRM/ticketing approach and a system that can be used across all elements of the business. A move to a new system at this stage must enable SHED Distillery to: • develop a more unified customer journey • gain better visitor insight and collect more marketing data • reduce the number of manual tasks and the potential for human error • have a fully integrated operation that is as automated as possible We are therefore interested in systems that can provide: • EITHER a comprehensive and seamless two-way integration with their current epos system - Meridian provided by Retail Integration • OR replace both the Meridian epos system and ticketing system with a single solution NB We will consider proposals that address either/both of the above options. • a future aim is also to integrate the chosen option with the woo commerce online shop.
