We seek an integrated Ticketing/ Marketing/CRM system and related hardware for tour & event booking, ticketing, ePOS from our Distillery Gift Shop and online retail. The solution must include gift vouchers, customer membership/loyalty programmes and business data management that can drive successful campaign strategies, both online and in-venue. The UX / customer journey should be seamless, with easy-to-use functionality and solid reliability/availability.

The solution must fully integrate with our existing website and back-office systems as detailed in the RFT. Hardware requirements include a self-service kiosk for walk-in visitors (language options are a plus).
