⑼ ①②=have Grade A, B, ③~⑧=have Grade A, B, C or D of "Selling" in Tokai Hokuriku area in terms of the qualifications for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2019~2021
⑽ have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Petroleum Stockpiling Law (Law No. 55 of 2001), to initiate business of selling Petroleum Products.
