⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 5 and 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for Independent Administrative Institution National Museum of Art,
B have the Grade A, B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2022, 2023 and 2024 in the Kanto-Koshinetsu area in "offer of services" for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency
C not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and Independent Administrative Institution National Museum of Art
