⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Takahiko Iiri, Chief of Finance of Ibaraki Prefectural Police Headquarters.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to use in Ibaraki Prefectural Police School and Ibaraki Prefectural Security Section Riot Police. contract 416kWh. The estimated electricity for the year 1,321,000kWh.
⑷ Delivery period : From 1, April 2022 through 31, March 2023
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who :
① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Have Grade A, B or C "selling of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020, 2021.
④ Are not being suspended from Transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑤ Not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Japanese government is continuing state concerned.
⑥ Have registraction in accordance with the Article 2-⑵ of Electricity Business Act.
⑦ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑺ Time-limit for Tender : 17 : 00 3, February 2022
