⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Yamazaki Takeshi, Director, Administration Department, National Suruga Sanatorium
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity of public office building (6kV) contract : 2,070,000kWh Electric Power Consuption at Suruga Sanatorium
⑷ Fulfillment period : From April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023
⑸ Delivery place : National Suruga Sanatorium
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ;
③ have Grade A, B or C in "Manufacturers of products" or "Sales of products" in toukaiHokuriku region, in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021 ;
④ It must be a person who is doing the written report as a specific scale electric entrepreneur d on regulations of two clauses 1 of the person or Article 16 of this law to obtain permission as the general electric utility d on regulations of Article 3 clause 1 of Electricity Enterprises Law ;
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may Specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ;
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 1 : 00 P.M. February 3, 2022
