⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Arai Hiroyuki, Director of The General Affairs Department, Okayama Labour Bureau.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : The electric power supply contract of 10 institutions in the Okayama Labor Bureau in the 2022 fiscal year Electricity contract 574kW. Estimated volume of electricity 868,208kWh.

⑺ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Have Grade A, B or C on "Sale of products" in terms of the qualification for particpating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ Join workers' insurance, Social insurance and pay a premium of 2 years just before that.
⑤ When participating in a bid by the electronic supply system, preform user registration.
⑥ Prove to have no false statement in tendering documents.
⑦ Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating.
⑧ Have permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with article 3, Section 1 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law, or have registered as a specified scale electric enterprise in accordance with Article 16-2, Section 1 of same law.
⑨ Fulfill the conditions about the CO emissions shown from a viewpoint of global warming prevention.
⑩ Stable electric supply being possible surely.
⑪ Must not be a person during the period under which the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
⑻ Time limit for tender : 4 : 00 PM, 3 February 2022
