⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

① not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;

② not come under Article 7 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry ;

③ have Grade A, B or C in "Service Offer" or "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single quailfication for every ministryand agency) in Kanto-Koushinetsu Region ;

④ meet the qualification requirements Which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article5of the Regulation
