⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : YOKOSHIMA Naohiko, Director of the Budget and Accounts Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to use in Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2022 through 31 March 2023
⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have Grade Purchase A, B, or C in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019, 2020, 2021.
④ have received the registration of a retail electric enterprise by the Article 2-2 of Electricity Business Act (Act No. 170 of 1964)
⑤ fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑺ Time-limit for certification : 15 : 00 10 February, 2022
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 15 : 00 25 February, 2022
