⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April, 2022 through 31 March, 2023

A The places specified by the Obligating Officer (Welfare Facilities, Research Faculty of Media and Communication, North Library, Multimedia Education Building)
B The places specified by the Obligating Officer (The Hokkaido University Museum)
C Faculty of Engineering, Hokkaido University
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Hokkaido area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Hokkaido University,
B not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President, The National University Corporation Hokkaido University.
