⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Takashi Sato, Director General of Chubu Branch Office, Urban Renaissance Agency.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 21
⑶ Subject matter Procurement of 6 models of Room Air Conditioner.
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April, 2022 to 31 March, 2023.
⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall.
① not come under Articles 331 and 332 of the Urban Renaissance Agency's Rules for the Operation of Accounting Practice.
② have been qualified for Classification of "sales of goods" through the Examination of qualifications for the Participation in the Competitive Tendering Procedures for Procuring Equipment in the Chubu Branch Office by Urban Renaissance Agency in fiscal year 2021and 2022.
③ not be currently under a suspension of nomination as instructed by Head Office or each Branch Office, Urban Renaissance Agency.
④ not be the company where a gang or a gangster influences management substantially or a company following this
⑤ have proven to have prepared a system to provide an after-sale service for the products concerned.
⑥ have proven the products consistent with the specifications and have been approved by Urban Renaissance Agency.
⑦ be able to respond to an on-the-spot inspection in Japan in the presence of staff of the Urban Renaissance Agency.
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents : 17 : 00, 19 January, 2022.
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, 28 February, 2022.
