⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kasai Kouji, Director, Administration Department, National Lepro-sarium Matsuoka-hoyouen
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased :
① Electricity of public office building (6,600V) contract : 2,868,584kWh
② Electricity of snow melting (6,600V) contract : 1,302,490kWh Electric Power Consuption at Matsuoka-hoyouen
⑷ Fulfillment period : From April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023
⑸ Delivery place : National Leprosarium Matsuoka-hoyouen
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabi-net Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditi-ng and Accounting ;
③ have Grade A, B or C in "Manufacturers of products" or "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qu-alification for every ministry and agency) in Tohoku Region ;
④ It must be a person who is doing the written report as a specific scale electric entrepreneur d on regulations of two clauses 1 of the person or Article 16 of this law to obtain permission as the general electric utility d on regulations of Article 3 clause 1 of Electricity Enterprises Law
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 P.M. February 15, 2022
