⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Nakaso-Keisuke, Director, Administration Department, National Sanatorium Okukomyoen
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : 3,000,000 kWh
⑷ Delivery period : April 1, 2022~March 31, 2023
⑸ Delivery place : National Sanatorium Okukomyoen
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ;
③ have Grade A, B or C "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Chugoku Region ;
④ prove to have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Electric Utility Industry Law, as general electricity utility.
⑤ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sales service and maintenance for the procured products.
⑥ not be suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑦ there not being nonpayment about the premium for most recent two years inadeadline for bid book presentation of this bid about the person whom a system to advocate next is applied to ;
a welfare annunity insurance
b health insurance
c seamen's insurance
d national pension
e worker's compensation insurance
f unemployment insurance
⑧ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M. February 15, 2022
