⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Takeo Saito, Manager of Division of Vegetable and Flower Breeding Research, Institute of Vegetable and Floriculture Science, National Agriculture and Food Research Organization (NARO).
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26.
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to be used in Ano Research Station, NARO contract demand of 516kW. The estimated annual usage of electricity is 2,390,000 kWh.
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2022 through 31 March 2023.
⑸ Fulfillment place : Ano Research Station, NARO (360 Kusawa, Ano, Tsu-City, Mie, 514-2392 Japan)
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 8 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO.
② Not come under Article 9 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO.
③ Have Grade A, B, C or D on "manufacturing and selling of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by NARO (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ Not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑤ Have registered in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑥ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑺ Time limit for Application for confirmation of qualification for participating in tender and Proposal : 5 : 00 PM, 15 February, 2022.
⑻ Time limit for tender of mailing : 5 : 00 PM, 18 February, 2022.
⑼ Time limit for tender of bringing : 11 : 00 AM, 21 February, 2022.
