⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Yuuji Imaizumi Vice-President (Forest Tree Breeding) of Forestry and Forest Products Research In stitute.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 24
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : lease of semiconductor sequencer system and chip loading System : 1 set
⑷ Borrowing period : From 1 April 2022 through 31 March 2027
⑸ Borrowing place : Forest Tree Breeding Center, Forestry and Forest Products Research Institute.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 7 and 8 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for FFPRI.
② not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
③ not petition for reorganization proceedings in accordance with Corporate reorganization Law, not petition for rehabilitation proceedings in accordance with Civil Rehabilitation Law.
④ have grade A or B in the business category "Lease" of the industry category "Provision of services" in the competitive bidding qualifications of FFPRI, or in the unified qualifications of all government ministries and agencies, for the FY 2019, 2020 and 2021.
⑺ Deadline for proposal and certification submission : 15 : 00 10 February 2022
⑻ At the date of tender : 11 : 00 14 February 2022
