⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 57
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : sorting, packing and sending out of documents related to scholarship 2022, 1 Set
⑷ Fulfillment period : as in the tender documentation
⑸ Delivery place : as in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting,
③ have the Grade A, B or C in terms of the qualifications for Participating in tender of the "offer of services" by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koushin'etsu region in the fiscal year, 2019, 2020, 2021,
④ not come under crime syndicate members provided Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members,
⑤ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President,
⑥ have a privacy mark or a certification to protect individual information,
⑦ workplace must locate within around 100 kilometers of Ichigaya office.
⑺ Time limit of certificate and related document : 5 : 00 PM 21, February, 2022
⑻ Time limit of tender : 5 : 00 PM 28, February, 2022
