⑹ Qualifications for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participation in the proposed bidding are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation Concerning the Contracts for National Institutes for Cultural Heritage,
B have the Grade A, Grade B, or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Kinki area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Deputy Director, Kyoto National Museum.
D be a person who has received certification by the building cleaning industry or the building environmental hygiene synthesis management industry according to the prefectural governor "Law concerning securing a sanitary environment in buildings."
E possess results that continued the cleaning work in the building that has the floor space of over 10,000㎡ contract in three years from April 1, 2019, to March 31, 2022 for 12 months or more.
