⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
② have Grade A, B, C or D on "provision of services" in Kanto Koushinetsu Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastruc-ture, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Kanto Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening.
④ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastruc-ture, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
⑤ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly.
⑥ Other details, by the tender documen-tation.
⑻ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 13 : 00 14 Feburary, 2022
