The procurement is for 5 separate Portions of Works. Council reserves the right to award the various Portions to different Contractors, or all Portions to a single Contractor. Tenderers can be a single company with subcontractors, a joint venture, and the like.
Portion 1 - Design and Construct - Seacliff pipeline extension.
Portion 2 - Construction - New aquifer storage and recovery well at Oaklands Wetlands
Portion 3 - Design and Construct - Pipeline extension to Flinders University and Women's Memorial Playing Fields
Portion 4 - Design and Construct - Chlorination dosing system at Oaklands Wetlands
Portion 5 - Design and Construct - Stage 1 :Tank, compound and irrigation pumps, and Stage 2: transfer pipeline. Both for Marion Golf Course.
NOTE: The Pricing Schedule is provided in Excel, there is a separate sheet (or tab) for each of the five Portions within the single Excel file. Pricing is to be submitted in Excel.
