This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission ("BC Housing") to Non-Profit Housing Societies to submit proposals for the provision of Supportive Housing Operator Services for Supportive Housing Building in Vancouver Island Region, BC as further described in Part 2-The Deliverables and in the draft sample Operator Agreement attached as Appendix A.

Proponents must submit a signed Appendix F - Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location including site-specific reports and/or appendices. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the NDA.
