London Borough of Southwark is approaching the market with the view of contracting with suitably qualified and experienced provider/s of residential care services, across four council owned residential homes. The services to be provided include residential, dementia and reablement: residential services required by frail older people. The four homes will be grouped into two lots (two homes per lots) and bidders are invited to bid for one or both lots.
