Design and Installation of 25T/H Sea Water Desalination System

The City Government of Dapitan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested parties to apply for eligibility and if found eligible to bid for the following contract:

Contract Name: Design and Installation of 25T/H Sea Water Desalination System

Purpose: To provide potable water to the residents of Barangay Aliguay and to the tourist who will visit the said barangay as one of the tourist destination as a range of measures to boost the tourism of Dapitan City

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC):

Php 65,500,000.00 (inclusive of all applicable taxes)

Source of Fund: Annual Budget CY 2022

20% Local Development Fund

Early Procurement Activity (EPA)

Prospective bidders should have expertise in undertaking a similar project within the last three (3) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding.

Bidders / Contractor’s shall submit their bids proposal & detailed estimates in two (2) separate sealed bid envelopes.

Documents submitted must be in accordance with the checklist provided and must have a corresponding label or name plates.

The eligibility check/screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post qualification of the lowest/single calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Availability and Issuance of Bidding Documents Dec. 20, 2021 – Jan. 11, 2022; 1:30 P.M.

Pre-Bid Conference December 28, 2021; 2:00 P.M.

Deadline for the Submission of Bids January 11, 2022; 1:30 P.M

Bid Evaluation January 11, 2022; 2:00 P.M

Bidding documents will be electronically uploaded to the Philgeps website of the City of Dapitan.

Payment for the Bidding Documents is a non – refundable amount of fifty thousand pesos only (Php 50,000.00) payable to the Office of the City Treasurer, Dapitan City.

The City Government of Dapitan assumes no responsibility whatsoever compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids. The City Government of Dapitan reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and rejects all bids at any time prior to award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder of bidders.
